11th Annual LCPL Raul S. Bravo Run

Marine Lance Cpl. Raul S. Bravo
Assigned to 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Twentynine Palms, CA. Lance Cpl. Bravo was killed by an IED March 3, 2007 while conducting combat operations in Anbar province, Iraq.
Proceeds will be going to the LCPL Raul S. Bravo Elko High School Memorial Scholarship Fund. Each year four graduating seniors receive scholarships toward their continuing education.
Every year, members of Marines MC Sacramento travel to Elko, NV to take part of the “Bravo Run” in honor of LCPL Bravo.
“We all knew, and we all wanted to go there … to make a difference. We know and accept the risks. Not for fame or glory or money. But because we wanted to, deep down inside we feel it … to go.”
